Christmas Challenge

I thought it would be a good idea to try and do an image a day up until christmas, I will post them up on this blog as a kind of illustration advent calendar. Although this is a pretty ambitious challenge for me so they may be late some days or I might miss a few, I will try my hardest though and there will be 25 images by the end.

Anubis Design

Something I've been working on for a few days, based on the idea of the afterlife and Egyptian mythology.

I wanted to try doing something a bit different with it so i stayed away from colour and stuck to tone. I'm Probably gonna get this printed on to T-shirts. 

Birds

These are my birds that will be going up in the big window space in the Roland Levinsky Building,

the pictures aren't great but i will put up better ones when everything is hung and finished.

Lion King

Another acrylic painting, this one I did for my brother.

I decided to try out working on hard board instead of canvas, its a lot easier to paint on and a lot cheaper so I'll probably continue to use it, if i can find some.

The picture isn't the best, I was trying to avoid the glare from the sun.

Now Who's Scared?

Experimenting with acrylics, I'm quite pleased with the outcome.
